Digital That Delivers
A Fáilte Ireland programme built to strengthen the digital capability of Irish tourism businesses — visitor attractions, activity providers, and tour operators.
Working as Technical Diagnostics Expert within the Website Team across a cohort of 60+ businesses, I conducted structured digital audits, translated findings into Creative Briefs that gave agencies something worth building from, and stayed in as creative partner throughout delivery to ensure the work stayed true to brief.
Stepping up to Lead Consultant, I oversaw a team of Technical Diagnostics Experts, ensuring the same standard of audit, brief, and delivery was maintained consistently across 100+ websites.
Strategic consultancy. Creative direction. Digital auditing. Brief writing. Agency management. End-to-end delivery.
Website Accessibility Grant Scheme
The Website Accessibility Grant Scheme (WAGS) is a dedicated strand of the Digital That Delivers programme, focused on bringing Irish tourism websites into compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA – the standard required under the European Accessibility Act 2025.
I played a central role in shaping how the scheme operated in practice: helping to build the programme guidelines, documentation, and delivery workstream that underpinned the website projects across 100+ businesses. This included defining audit methodology, creating accessibility briefs and reporting frameworks, and establishing the standards that delivery agencies were required to meet.
On the ground, I worked directly between businesses and their appointed agencies – reviewing proposals, monitoring scope, and ensuring completed websites met both technical and accessibility requirements before sign-off.
